Our weekend tour to Amsterdam, Bruges and Brussels is an action-packed adventure visiting three of the most beautiful cities in northern Europe. With a day to explore Amsterdam, there are so many things to do it can sometimes be hard to decide! With comfortable hotel accommodation and our modern coaches - we aim to make your fun-filled weekend as relaxing as possible. In the medieval city of Bruges you can indulge in some of its delights such as beers, waffles and life-changing chocolates! And with it’s melting pot past, fascinating cultural and artistic delights, Brussels holds an importance in historic and contemporary politics. The highlight for many is a visit to the village of Zaanse Schans where you see working windmills and learn how the Dutch make their round cheese and wooden clogs...it's a great place for souvenir shopping too.

Departing in the early morning, we travel by luxury coach and Eurotunnel or fast ferry to Brussels, where we enjoy a guided coach and walking tour including Grand Place and Mannekin Pis. You have plenty of free time in the evening for chocolate shopping and to try typical Belgian delicacies including Moules, Waffles and fruit flavoured beer. We continue to our hotel arriving in the late evening.
After breakfast we travel to Zaanse Schans, a typical dutch village where we see windmills, watch a clog making demonstration and try some typical dutch cheese. We continue to Amsterdam for a fantastic afternoon and evening packed with fun and history. Our afternoon walking tour includes historic Dam Square, the famous floating-flower-market and Museumsplein, where you'll find the Van Gogh and the Rijksmeusum. You may choose to join the optional canal cruise. The early evening is free to enjoy at your leisure. We return to our hotel late.
After breakfast we stop at Atomium for a photo. We continue to Bruges for a walking tour of this medieval city "the Venice of the North" before having time to explore it's many attractions at our leisure... including visiting all the lovely artisan chocolate shops. We depart Bruges in the late afternoon for our journey home, arriving in the late evening.

Without a doubt, the most beautiful way of exploring the historic city of Amsterdam is from the water, cruising through the historical canals and marvelling at the beautiful canal houses and their richly decorated facades. 1 hour guided tour with commentary.
