How we are making your journey with us Covid-19 secure

 

The health and safety of our passengers and staff is always our top priority and we want you to have peace of mind and complete confidence when travelling with us. So, in line with government regulations, we have introduced additional measures and procedures on our tours, to make sure you feel safe and comfortable throughout your journey.

 

Hand Sanitiser

Antibacterial hand gel is available on every tour for drivers, guide and passengers to use. We kindly ask that you clean your hands upon boarding and alighting the vehicle.

Face Coverings

As per government guidelines, it is compulsory to wear a face covering when travelling on any of our tours.

Temperature Checking

All drivers and guides are temperature checked prior to starting their shift and all passengers are required to be temperature checked prior to boarding the vehicle.

Boarding Process

Passengers will be required to load rear seats first and leave the vehicle in the reverse order to avoid walking past sitting passengers.

Cleaning

We have implemented enhanced cleaning regimes. Our vehicles are cleaned multiple times a day; which includes the disinfection of all high contact areas with antiviral products and fogging systems.

Limited Seating Capacity

Passengers will be required to only use designated seats. Unavailable seats will be clearly marked.

Drivers & Guide

Where possible, our drivers and tour guides will disembark when passengers are entering and exiting the vehicle to minimise any unnecessary interactions.

Purifying Air Filters

Our new air filtration systems will regularly purify the air on-board the vehicle throughout your coach journey
